DISCHARGING INSPECTION

This inspection is conducted when goods are discharged in destination ports or customs offices.The goal of this inspection is to make sure that discharging is done properly and in accordance with related instructions in order to prevent probable damages to the goods.

LOADING INSPECTION

This service is rendered during loading Ex-Works, ports etc. in order to make sure that local instructions are complied with so that possible damages are avoided.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS INSPECTION

With its international network, NDA Group is able to inspect millions of tons of different agricultural corps. These products are classified into the following groups:

  • Vegetable oils: Soya oil, sunflower, olive, dates and other oily seeds

Company conducts some of the inspections before delivery, during loading and discharging and some in silo or warehouses. BUILDING INSPECTION

Currently, the construction quality is assessed by independent and professional inspection institutes as a requirement, and in some developed countries, it is done as a law. Accordingly, the insurance companies will render construction insurance services based on the inspection reports and quality certificate.

CONSUMABLE GOODS INSPECTION

This inspection that encompasses services related to food and technical products, is designed to be directly provided for end consumers. Here, the most inspected goods are food products. Each inspection is followed by a series of product experimental tests. This service is mostly requested by producers or final distributors. Canned or luxury products such as perfume and eau de cologne, cosmetics and sanitary products, leather products, clothes, etc. are among the inspected products.

Inspection of auto industry products is also classified in this area, and our company provides services for certification and confirmation of these goods.

ELEVATOR INSPECTION

Considering the growing number of elevators installed in the country in recent years, NDA Group has started its activity in the field of technical inspection of elevators in order to support users, preserve individual and general safety and wellbeing, get assurance about the quality of the elevator units and also supervise the elevator installation as well as assurance from the installation safety. It is worth mentioning that this group has received a license for approval of elevator technical inspection competency from the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran.

All inspections are carried out according to the following standards:

  • International standards (A17.1, ASME, EN81 etc.)

MARINE INSPECTION

This section that covers a major part of services is engaged in inspection of products that are transported by sea, and NDA is responsible for port inspection. Also, in order to develop the deliverable services, the company has considered some new activities in these affairs that sometimes include specialized cases such as services provided to agricultural, petrochemical and mineral industries.

INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS INSPECTION

Site Supervision
The company’s inspectors will supervise construction plans, erection instructions, repairs guidelines and safety instructions in the site to make sure they are in compliance with AFC (Approved for Construction) plans in order to prevent any possible damages and accidents, and at the same time, they will assure the customer that construction and repairs operations are being conducted in accordance with the project’s specifications, and the erection and operation of the project are progressing without any difficulty.

Supervision over Installation and Operation
Supervision prior and during installation and operation of new plants will be conducted according to the instructions given by the certifying company.Suggestions and advices are presented by the company in order to avoid any legal claims that might be brought against the certifying company when the factory is working below the production capacity and/or inefficiency of the plant.

Supervision during work and repairs
By using new inspection methods, the approximate time for stoppage of the production line or factory machinery are estimated and reported before the actual time, so that the necessary preparation and planning on production and sale are done within a reasonable period of time and along with supervision over equipments and machinery repairs, the quality of repairs are guaranteed according to the standards.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION

On-the-site and off-the-site inspectors can monitor all stages of production from the time raw materials are put into production through final packaging. These operations enable the client to control and monitor the quality of the goods during the production process until they are ready for transportation, and the client can make sure that the goods are in conformity with the specified standards and criteria.
